I have been reading about the fires again. We must remember they are in most cases caused by Natural Causes. ( I.E.) Lightning ,Mostly, and Sever Dry conditions) Nature requires some Burn to pop the seeds for the New trees to take root and grow.
Now that said. How many have heard that Wildfires, No matter what the fue,l cause conflicting weather of their own. This weather has to be dealt with the Fire Bomber crews. Tricky Flying, with severe Up and Down Drafts
It's just Not regular flying by any stretch of the imagination. So, personally, My Hat is off to those aircrews. Oh, and When are Humans going to learn to leave Nature alone and quit moving into areas humans really Don't need to Go?
