Today, I tried out the new Sprue Brothers website, ordering a bunch of supplies. I found the new software much better than before, and easy to use.
I did experience a glitch in their order processing and acknowledgement, which caused me some concern. I reported it on their "Contact Us" form, and received a reply from Brent in customer service within 5 minutes of sending in my message to them. His answer was clear and concise, and he thanked me for pointing this glitch out to them.
Here is his reply: "Thank you for the additional feedback. I will pass your thoughts on to the owner for his review. We are looking at everything in detail as we get feedback from the customers.
Please let us know if you have any additional comments, questions or concerns."
