FWIW, I just tried and had same negative results as you.

I managed to contact them and they responded by the next day saying that they couldn't transfer members data and we need to create a new account. Fine by me but a good customer service would have this message on the front page, not waiting for us to contact them, me thinks.

I was able to set a new password, got in, and all my data from the old company popped up.  I placed an order and received it, but they used a tag-team shipping method of a private carrier (Pitney Bowes?!!) to the Post Office.  I got it 8 days later.  I ordered something from Sprue Bros on the same day, and received the shipment on the third day.

No problem except their shipping method is unacceptable to me.

One good point:  They don't charge state sales tax.

Gimme a pigfoot, and a bottle of beer...

This is good CC. I had to create a new account, used the same e mail and password. Normally the system says that the email is already in use, but it did not recognize me as an old member. No problem. Going for some more shopping now Smile
