Boy it's good to be back. A few discoveries while I have been gone. I am beginning to like Tamiya paints more and More. Since getting a few bottles ready for brush work and using the jarred lacquers I can say I am more than impressed, Also on their Color palette.
I have discovered that with no adjustment their Deck Tan X F 55 is a perfect match for the Old Humbrol Deck Beached Teak! really! The other is that I have found Old Brick Red from both Tamiya and Mr Color is a match for Testors Model Master Rust.
Other than that it's been a whirlwind. I was diagnosed with Parkinson's Don't remember if I said that before my computer went sick. Anyway it's been a challenge making sure the processes I have on place actually work now that it isn't just Old Age It does! I recently painted the Waterline on the Small Titanic, (Mid Sized) Don't remember the manufacturer, It was a gift!
