Apparently so.  Of course. there were many thousands of flight operations in a very small area.

Weren't there 2 accidents, too?  A T-6 crashed in the lake, and a collison between a helicopter and an autogyro?

Wow, the  coverage of the EAA show was great on Youtube.  I have not been able to attend for several years due to heath problems. The video was fantastic- the narration less so.  but most of the shots were from the front of crowd line, where the EAA loudspeaker comments were often dround out, so it felt just like I was there in person.

The current military was awsome, not just US stuff but foreign stuff as well.
