I always wanted a flying V type guitar ,so when I found this kit on the Bay for a good price I pulled the trigger!

Eugene, I did not know that you could buy guitars in kit form. Never even thought of looking for one that way. Haven't even had one for years now. Hmmmmmmmm.

Stay safe.

Now that looks like a fun project.  Does the kit come with pickups etc?  Gold turned out nice!

Thanks,

John

Wow!!!!!!! That's going to look great.

When I was learning to play the guitar, I just had a cheap one I got in a pawn shop. Not electric. My brother sent me one for a birthday present back about 40 years ago. It was a very cheap plain one that had a coat, or ten, of some cheap sparkle junk on it. When I tried to refinish it, I discovered it had a large crack across the entire face. It wasn't worth the time I spent trying to get that junk off. My brother said he didn't know about the damage but thought the sparkle paint was good for a joke gift. A few years ago, he finally told me he paid $5 for it. I will say this, I did not get mad but i really did get even. How i did is a story better not told.Wink

Stay safe.

Oh My!

Being a Player of a traditional Acoustic this looks odd to me. There are many that look like that which are good Bass units,This can certainly be called a Craft!

Yes Gibson came out with the original along with the Explorer in 1958,pretty radical designs from Gibson to compete with Fenders Stratocaster!

Crikey mate! I have enough problems just finding the time to build models. Sweet job though, looks very professional.
