My guess is to just sign up again as if you had never been a member before, But I have had a similar problm before, and it kept my email on record and woudn't let me use that email.
You have two other options. First there is a section of the forum labeled Feedback, Help and Testing. I see you have already posted there- you may get a resonse there.
Third, if you have a copy of the mag handy, there is on tne first page a list of the staff and their email- I would try Monica.
