IPMS

I tried to log in to IPMS today to renew my membership. My passord was invalid.  I tried to reset it, but could not find a combination that would please the requirements.  I finally resorted to using their random number password.  Guess what-  their suggested password did not meet the requirements!

Perfectly willing to re-up, if I can get into their site.

I take it that you cant log into the IPMS forum either? I know that they had some sort of reset on the site several months back.

Correct!  The catch 22 is thasat you cannot ask for help without loging in first.  What is all this security for?  Even my bank does not require as complex for a password!

Hi missileman,

I tried to get on the IPMS site earlier and could not do it. Just now I got an e-mail from IPMS that there were 5 attempts to gain access to my account earlier with unknown passwords so they have locked my account for security reasons and I can open it again around 1:00 am tomorrow morning. Maybe that's what happened to you too. Check your e-mail and see if you got one from IPMS.

Hope yours will be OK too.

Stay safe.
