Their customer service is great too. I had some problems with my orders a few times (my fault, ordered the wrong thing) and they handled it quickly and very politely.  My only complaints with them are poor descriptions / pictures of the products and kinda slow shipping. But the prices are great, so it's an OK tradeoff to me.

If Scalehobbyist doesn't have it, then I'll go with Megahobby, Squadron or Sprue Brothers. All have been good to me so far.

I have ordered several kits from Megahobby.com. I felt that their service was more than fair. They immediately replaced a resin bust of Blackbeard that had been broken in shipping. I maintain an account with a wishlist that I email on occassion to give ideas for gifts etc.

Yeah i used to do Greatmodels all the time then they started messing up my orders, it really should be called late models for the shipping time, I might have to try them again maybe theyve changed for the better, thanks though.

I've bought several pieces of aftermarket stuff from them over the last six or eight months. Delivery is very prompt, but the prices can be ever so slightly beat if you shop around.

If you're impatient, I suggest staying away from rollmodels.  Not a bad company by any means, just terribly slow shippers.  I believe they're more middlemen than actual suppliers.  I've ordered from them and by the time my order arrived, I had forgotten I ordered anything.

Squadron.com is another incredibly fast shipper.  And they're prices and selection are on par with, or better than, megahobby.  Between megahobby and squadron, I find I really don't need to order from anyone else - unless I need scratchbuilding supplies, then towerhobbies is hard to beat.

Thanks Guys, big help I guess it is safe then, I like Squadron, they are only about 15 miles from me I wish they had customer pick up but shipping usually only takes a day, but I find they are a little higher than everyone else, looks like Megahobby is another shipper I can add to my growing list, Tower hobbies is a great place I live the discounts they give and they are very reliable shippers thanks I again I will be placing my order soon with Mega.

I've ordered from them and I got decent service.  Just pay attention to the "We ship between 1 and 5 business days" part.  They shipped 5 days after I paid for the stuff, but it said "In Stock" and I got 'em.  Hard to beat the prices for what I needed.

Hello all, I was looking at their website and I found alot of kits I wanted, that no one else has, however I have not ordered from them before and I am a little apprehensive about weather or not these OOP kits are really in stock or not, has anyone had any problems with them before as far as placing an order and not hearing anything for days like some other sites, or do they get your order out to you quickly without delay and without half the order missing, I hate nothing more then spending $200 at a website and then finding out half of them will take a month to get in I guess what Im asking is their IN STOCK program reliable like other sites, any help will be appreciated thanks.
