A brick and mortar hobby shop is an actual retail location with a building! Not just some internet site that has really good deals but no storefront. It would be like a Hobby Lobby here in the US or something similar....Sorry for the confusion.

I've got enough kits to be getting on with, so I think some tools and supplies would be of more use to me - a Revell Omega Compressor, PE folding tool, Bare Metal Foil, Alclad II and some Verlinden panel templates.

^^^ If Santa is watching, this stuff would be nice, got enough socks. U-96 -x-

I've got enough kits to last a while. I want the books and aftermarket stuff to go with them. I would have at one point liked a team of experts to help but you guys are close enough.Smile [:)]

I'm good on kits right now so I'd love one of those new PE folding jigs, a good spray booth and a nice tool organizer/cabinet/thing. Maybe one kit, Panda's 1/32 B-17 if it comes out.

I would like some really nice research books....things my LHS carrys but I often dont buy there. I figure 2 good books at $15/ea=$30.00

I also wouldnt mind getting a Badger360Universal...I have a great Paasche VL but would like a gravity feed brush as well. The 360 is both! Plus with the wife getting into modeling Im sure 2 airbrushes would come in handy. $125.00

I also would like the Academy 1/32 F/A18C Scott mentioned...Roughly $150.00

I would like to pick up a few spare brushes...$12.00 there(roughly 5 brushes, yes I buy the in-expensive Royal Soft-grip because they work great for me)

I really need some new Flexifile sanding sticks...$8.00(for all 4)

Also want the GSP.40Turbo Head engine for my Serpent Impact...thats roughly $150.00...

Hmmmm couldnt quite make $500....well Im sure there are some other Misc odds and ends that would be in my hands...

Or I could forgo the above list and restock all my paints with the Vallejo Acrylic Line and switch over from Enamels! Approve [^]Big Smile [:D]Cool [8D]

In order for me to even contemplate spending $500 at my local store. I'd have to give him 6 months notice for him to bring in stuff I'd want. Disapprove [V]Disapprove [V]

I would buy extra hobby knives, new paints, upgrade to an Iwata airbrush and a new compressor, more reference books and if I had any money left, a few Tamiya T-55's.

I'd buy the best compressor and airbrush I could get. A few hobby supplies would be nice.

That would be enough to buy the Clisby mill and lathe I want. Where is the nearest prize collection center! Tongue [:P]

If I received such a windfall, I would probably buy a lot of "intro to modelling" kits & give them to an organization like "Toys for Tots." Heck, I wouldn't be out any $$, and maybe some little kid could discover the joy I feel from building a model. I think that would bring me more pleasure than having an "ultimate kit" that I could say was mine.
