Yeah, bandsaws are great tools! I have a 105" commercial Delta in the wood shop. You can't beat it for cutting out shapes with tight curves. I need to get a little variable speed table top model for cutting sheet stock.

Band saws work nice for cutting "rough" (torch cut) steel plate I use a 32 TPI blade.

I've got a Delta 9" Band saw....It's like $100.00

Maybe a scroll saw would be better suited for that type of cutting ?

Micro Mark is ggod place to look for what you want. Then go out and find the same thing at a more realistic price at a store that specializes in tools, like Home Depot, Lowe's, or internet or catalog sources likeHarbour Freight. You'll be lots happier, and so will your checkbook.

You can find small table saws through Micro-Mark. They are MICROLUX brands. They are kind of pricee in my opinion. I think Delta also makes a miniture table saws. You can find them through a Home Depot or Lowes if you are near one of them.
