Any modelers in the San Diego area?

Aside from IPMS San Diego, you also have IPMS Ontario and IPMS Orange County, depending on where in SD County you are located. ( I am in oc and joined that chapter a couple years ago- a very good decision) Otherwise perhaps you can form your own club. Post a note at your LHS and see what sort of response you get and go from there figuring a meeting spot, time, etc.

I used to belong to IPMS Orange County (before moving to Phoenix) and although it'd be a bit of a drive for you to their meeting place, the guys there are great! I used to drive down to their meetings from Van Nuys. It might be worth it if you're in Oceanside or Carlsbad, but any farther south, you'd probably be better off with IPMS San Diego.

I was hoping people that live in North county would want to start a club instead of having to drive the distance. If I get no bites then I guess the downtown San Diego club will have to do, but I think there is room for one more club up North.

My name is Eugene, I live in PB, I dont know of and North county Club. but I belong to the Club at the Aerospace Musem @ Glillespe Field in El Cajon, great bunch of guys, and all Generes of Building and scales. we dont have a site but we meet on the second Saturday of the month @ the Annex.
