I just recentely heard of Alanger, and probably if you look at your computer monitor, you will see one of their ads.
I wondered if their kits are any good---ex. detail, quality ect.
I also want to know if you can buy them off the internet.

OH yeah, holiday gift idea for me...
I want a hobby shop that has everything in it that I could possibly want, everything is free, nobody but me knows about it, and it is next door...that is what I want...Smile [:)]Yeah!! [yeah]

Based on what they say on their website they are reboxing ICM kits in Alanger boxes and are importing/distributing PST products. I don't know the PST products, but I've got an ICM T-28 that's okay. It's not up to the standards of Tamiya or Academy, but it's acceptable for a starter kit. THey are advertising that they take Paypal so I'd guess you can order direct from them on the internet. They're based in Mass. Good luck with the Christmas wish, sounds good to me.

Max at Alanger is a good guy. I ordered a couple of PST kits off of eBay from Alanger a while back. Had a little problem with my order, but he made good on it and took care of me.

I can't say anything about the ICM kits, but I like all of the PST kits I've built so far. Most of the soft skin vehicles seem to be old AER kits(ZIS-6 truck for example). They aren't quite in the same league as say Revell/Germany for overall detail, but still turn out nice, especially if you are into Soviet WWII armor.

Thanx, I think that I will try one, since they have basically only soviet stuff-that T-35 has caught my eye since the first pic of one that I have ever seen. Scary thing is, I had a dream with a platoon of them in it---scary. But then again it was quite a weird dream, from going from being a U.S. soldier in the Russian Army, to hangin out with some friends in this weird cave thing-oh well
