I occasionally pick up a copy at Barnes & Noble if there is something of interest I want to have as a reference.

I've read a few issues. It's OK, but I much prefer "Old Reliable," FineScale Modeler.

Thanks! I'm in SF, CA so due to the price it might not be worth it. I thought it may have more content, but guess not.

Hey Gus. I've read a couple issues and they're not to bad. I personnally perfer FSM, but up in Canada I get them from Chapters. Not sure where you are from. I read them at Chapters and if there is anything interesting i'll buy it. My 2 cents [2c]

TMM has a larger size page, but it does not have as many pages per issue IIRC as FSM. The issues I have read tend to be similar to UK published modleing magazines as opposed to US published. Although the majority of articles in there are related to or based on Tamiya products, they also cover other maker's subjects as well. Their reviews are pretty much in line with the mainstream of other magazines out there. As far as cost, I suggest you get a hold of a few issues before deciding to commit to a subscription.

I'm thinking about subscribing but its expensive. I've never seen an issue before. Is somewhat the same as FSM or thicker?  I don't know how objective their reviews of the other kits would be with the magazine coming from Tamiya.

 Thanks!
