Well, I resigned my position last week as service advisor at a major dealership here in town after 16 yrs of service. Wife's grandmother passed away last summer, and lets just say the "rather hefty" inheritance has finally come to fruition to where I don't need to work anymore.
How is this modeling related, you ask? Because....
I CAN FINALLY FINISH THOSE UMPTEEN MODELS AND DIORAMAS THAT HAVE BEEN SITTING IN MY BASEMENT FOR THREE YEARS!!!!!
God, it's gonna be great. Got two P-61's to finish up, a TBM-1C, two Ticonderoga class cruisers, a Betty, Polar Lights 1/350 Refit and NX-01. I am going to make sweet, sweet love to some styrene and glue in ways never before heard of and on a such a grandiose scale as to eclipse the Second Coming of Christ itself!!!!
Oh yeah, after I get all that caught up, I'm going to kick off a writing career. I know, big plans. I don't know if this house can contain all this greatness!!!
