UK modellers?
Posted by Hinksy on Sunday, September 6, 2009 9:21 AM

Good afternoon guys,

I'm very new to modelling and this is only my second post. I was wondering if there are many UK modellers on here? I have yet to come across any!

There are several, however not everyone posts where they are from in their profile.

It's great how this hobby transcends all international boundaries...

Cheers guys,

This looks like a great forum. My 1/48 Tamiya Tiger I is looking great-it's my first ever proper model and I'm loving it. There is something about the Tiger that just enthralls me!

You and me both bro. Nice to have you aboard. I think there are some UK guys, but I often confuse them with our Canadian friends. LOL

Hi, and yes, there are a few Brits on here, surprised i am the first one to post on your thread. If yopu have a look on the aircraft and armour oages you will come across them. Off the top of my head, there is Bodge, Edmunds114, Luftwoller, P mitch, and a few more i can't think of, plus those who don't say there locations. So don't worry, your not alone, and your perfectly safe.

I am a Norfolk man and i glory in being so

I only really use the A/C & Airbrush threads, but there are plenty of UK guys about.
