Thanks for responding to our concerns RedFrog. It makes a good impression on me when a business will take the time to go onto the web and address the concerns of possible customers on a web forum. I'll come by your site when I make my next order. As I said earlier I liked your prices.

I've ordered from Red Frog (think it was for Humbrol paint actually) and experienced no problems.

We were having a problem with our web hosting provider but those problems should be taken care of. Not to make excuses but it is a constant battle to keep uploading new items and keeping up with the discontinued items as the manufactures never tell us what is being discontinued.

Companies usually find out when the go to re order product and then find out it is out of stock.

I happened on them as well when I was looked for Quickboost resin products. What I find disconcerning is that they have pages that are no longer running. Click on an item and  you might get a page not found or page removed sign. If they have dead links from the their products, you have to ask how often do they update their website. You could be looking at a page that might be three or more years old and they no longer carry that product.

Looking further I saw a claimer saying that if an item is on back order they will refund you the price of that item. Sounds good until you think about it. Makes you wonder if they actually keep items in stock or if they just make an order after they receive your order. I like ordering from places that actually have the item. I don't like ordering and then getting a note saying "sorry we don't have this anymore." One of the reasons I stopped ordering from Great Models.

Some of their prices didn't seem that bad though so I hope they are good. I just don't want to the one to bit the bullet. If you or anyone else has any ordering experience I would like to know about it as well.
