Saw this ad today. I know it's a die cast co. but they do make some pretty good stuff.

If we all put in a few bucks we could buy this outfit?Huh?

FOR SALE

Diecast model Car Corporation

We make highend Diecast cars that retail at $150.00 each

WEST COAST PRECISION DIECAST

REASON FOR SELLING

It’s sad to say but it’s time to retire, the wife wants to travel and enjoy the time we have left.

I have poured my heart and soul into West Coast Precision Die cast and tried to do things that other die-cast companies would not do for collectors.

When I started this company I was a car collector. Then I started building cars for collectors and trying to fill in the gaps in their collection. Making cars that other companies would never do!

The Future

This company has expanded as far as I can go being a one man show; it’s time to turn it loose to some one that has the funds to realize its full potential and make this company a household name like Franklin Mint & Danbury Mint.

Options

This company has great untapped wealth in regards to going public like ( Franklin Mint) and creating a huge wholesale market. Or staying a retail company like ( Danbury Mint) that builds and expands new and exciting tools. Or being bold in a fashion that this company has done in the past, finding the right balance and enter into all three markets, Retail, Wholesale & Corporate.

Resources

With over $800,000.00 in tools this company has just begun to tap the surface of the products it has.

The parts business in die-cast has become a big asset to companies, with crossovers in upgrades for plastic model builders, diorama builders, G scale trains etc.

These tools can be used for untapped uses, in NASCAR, Drag Racing, low Riders, Fire & Police Vehicles. With these tools you also have the chance to make other items for sale, by mounting these cars on items like desk lamps, clocks, bookends etc…….

The marketing possibilities are endless for the right person or company.

Also don’t forget you can jump into the corporate gift & advertising world as well by putting company names and logos on your product.

Have you always wanted to build cars, have a passion for the automotive industry. Are you filled with a wealth of automotive knowledge and always wanted a way to express yourself.

For sale is a Complete 1:24 scale Diecast Car Company.

You are buying the Company name, Corporation, Website, Art Work, established diecast manufacturing contacts overseas. ( $800,000.00) in tools, dies and molds, import & export contacts- door to door service. The rights to all future releases in progress, current paid automotive licenses and paid licenses held for cars that have not been made yet.

With over 3500 direct sale buyers in our private database and wholesale buyers list.

Also a list of our wholesale buyers.

And Much More!

There is a piece of the puzzle missing here. If this is as far as he can take it alone, then time to expand and hire more people or merge with someone else. This market is very competitive, but as with the company I acquired, some folks just lose interest in what they are doing and seek other things to occupy their time and expend their resources.
