Now THIS is Braille-scale!

I heard an NPR radio interview today with an artist named Willard Wigan of Birmingham England. I went online to check out his work, said to fit in the eye of a needle - litterally. Wow! He claims to have taught himself to make manipulations to the material in between heartbeats, lest the pulse from his finger upset the work. Now, that's dedication and patience.Bow Down

I will think about this next time I am on my knees with a flashlight, swearing like a sailor because some itty-bitty piece of an Aber photoetched tie-down buckle just launched itself off the end of my "tweezapult" and buried itself in the carpet. Mr. Willard probably uses tools that are themselves smaller than my most frustrating bits of PE.

That is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too small for me. Sometimes I like to model small scale but I could not handle that.

I have trouble rigging model ships in 1/570 much less that size.
