Ok, here's a little story. I go onto ebay and see a tank I want. It's a AFV Club Tiger Wittmann edition. Item number AFV35S27. It's been discontinued but it's not overly hard to find. Now here's the kicker................It says right on the ebay page "more than 10 available" at a buy it now of $38.25 (which is pretty good). So I click it and instantly paypal the money ON THE 10TH!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wait and wait, and no tracking number. So yesterday (the 17th) I send them an email asking when they are going to ship, and they send me back an email saying they are out of that item and if I would like a substitution.
Excuse me? It said "more than 10 available". How do you make an error like that? I told them to instantly refund my money or some negative feedback will be given.
They are a bigger online shop too. This is the 3rd online shop that has d**ked me around like this. One of them is a paying sponsor on here too, lol. No names though, lol.
On another note, I have absolute praise for spruebrothers.com for actually having what they show on the website in stock on their shelves. The same for tankrats too. They both keep an accurate inventory and are pleasant to deal with.
Here's a little clue for all of the shops out there that sell stuff.........
IF YOU DON'T HAVE IT IN STOCK DON'T LIST IT ON YOUR WEBSITE!
