Just wondering with all the flooding in Wayne and North Jersey, has the show been affected, perhaps the PAL is under water, just want to be sure.

Thanks

Anthony, I was wondering that myself. I'm a member of the club so I assume someone would have e-mailed me if it was cancelled but don't quote me on that.

I would like to know too as I was planning to go. Alas, no contest for me this year, just there to spend money and look at models.

Hi Guys,

I just shot off an e-mail to the Contest contact man Bill Schwarz and asked him if the Show was still on. As soon as I get an answer, I'll let you know. I'm planning to go also and enter a couple of models (first time). Hope to see some of you there.

just looked at our website and in the section for Mosquitocon the flyer says the PAL building is "high and dry" so I would have to say the show is a go!!!!!

Thanks John. Dummy me should have checked there first. You know us old guys, we tend to have memory problems.

See you there.

I was planning on attending again this year.  I was going to bring my  son.  It'll be his first time.

Marc, That's good to hear. Hey, I'm heading out there and will be covering the show for Scaled Aviation Modeller International (UK mag), I'll be taking some pictures and such. No assurance it will be in print, but if it does, it will probally get a 1/2 page or so.  If you can arrange to send me some stats like # of modellers attended, # of models submitted, a list of winners - that would be very helpful.  Any particular thing your club wants to say, i'll try to get it in also. Thanks.

Sure.  And you will need a photo of a very handsome, albeit chubby, modeler for the article.Whistling
