Better late than never, or thank you Hasegawa...

Some time back I posted on my experience with Dragon care in trying to obtain a replacement part for my 1/32 f-5E kit. I had originally contacted them last October and after much back and forth emailing was told the part would be sent withing 3 to 8 weeks as of early November. Well earlier this week I went back, dug up my old messages and recontacted them. I surprisingly got a reply that afternoon that my part had recently arrived and would be sent out ASAP. Today it arrived on a portion of the kit sprue, packaged well, and with many other surrounding parts as well. I gotta say thank you to them for keeping their word and a double thanks for the additional odds and ends to go in to my spares bin. Now my Aggressor Tiger can move on. For any other folks who have had similar experiences with trying to get replacement parts for a Hasegawa kit, hang in there, there is hope! Better late than never! Toast

Its good to know they did follow through on their promise. It seems if you talk to the right person in a personable way you get results. The guy / gal on the other end likes to hear 'how is your day' and some small chit-chat to make themselves fell not only appreciated but... human!

In this age of automated answering services. see hit #1 for HR, #2 for service depo. hit #3 ect ect. people more than ever are taken for granted, I mean its someone with hopes dreams and hobbies on the other end. Thanks them and wish a nice day / weekend or holiday!Wink
