You might try www.armorama.com or www.missing-lynx.com. They are both pretty active and have updates and reviews being posted pretty regularly.
One thing to keep in mind, however. In the PMMS blog, Terry has said he hopes to resume regular updates soon, so don't give up on PMMS entirely.
