FSM special edition on weathering and painting availability?
Posted by BruceM on Friday, June 11, 2010 8:26 AM

I saw this would be available in mid July. Will it be available seperatly in stores or must you be a subscriber to the magazine in order to get it? It looks like a great edition, wish I could have gotten the first one too !

How to paint and weather scale models 2 will be available on newsstands and on our website. It will be released the first week of July, and you can pre-order it online here

We've never had a special issue called Modeling year in review. Are you referring to Great Scale Modeling

That's our annual special issue that covers the larger shows and contests, including AMPS and IPMS/USA Nationals. The 2010 edition was released earlier this year and can be ordered here.

Is there enough difference between the 1st and 2nd editions of FSM Wathering and painting to warrant buying both or just get the 2nd one because it incorporates most of what was in the 1st edition?

I have a place called Newsland near my house that always carries the special editions and even my local grocery stocks them as well.

*******

On my workbench now:

It's all about classic cars now!

Why can't I find the "Any" key on my keyboard?

The two editions have completely different content, so getting both of them is definitely worth it.
