All things end and I'm guessing you thought it through so I will say:

Good Day and Good Luck.

I highly recomend that you keep a couple of them... You just never know when it'll bite you again, and you KNOW that will want to build a kit you can't find ANYWHERE again... And then you'll see it on Ebay for 200.00 and go, Damn... I HAD that kit..."

Sorry to hear you are hanging up the sprue cutters. Stay safe out there, and I hope you have fun doing whatever it is you're planning on doing.

I haven't quite quit the hobby yet, but life has conspired to make it difficult. As well, I've recently bought a table saw, and have been busy making 1:1 kits. It's very similar to modeling, only it's much harder to separate the pieces from the sprue.

So long folks!

I am getting out of modeling and all my aircraft, at least what I have left is on ebay.  You're welcome to bid on them.
