Thank you LuckyModel

I just want to give the team at LuckyModel a big Thank You. Smile

I just received a shipment of paint from LM. Last night, on closer inspection, I found that the cap on one of the jars (Gunze) was quite badly cracked, though it wasn't leaking.

So I logged onto LM and lodged an enquiry, telling them what I had found and that although the jar wasn't leaking, it could not be closed tightly, and asked if they would consider replacing the jar.

Seeing that it was a Friday night, I wasn't expecting a response until at least Monday. However, earlier this evening, I found that I had received a reply from Jan at LM, issued this morning (Sat. 31 July) at 11:13AM (Hong Kong time) letting me know that she would arrange for a replacement jar to be sent. And indeed, my account details show this as having been shipped today

Outstanding...

It may just have been a jar of paint, but this is the sort of service which keeps me coming back.

Once again, thank you to Jan and the rest of the team at LM. Smile

Good to hear that customer service is still available, even for "just a bottle of paint"!

So long folks!

From the same place, I purchased a 1/12 Tamya Tyrrell P34 at an amazing price; as you can figure, I received the 1/20 one, though the announcement was for the  bigger one; I should have checked the reference of the model which said : "20xyz" instead of "12xyz" but the page said 1/12. So I write to Lucky to say : okay you sent me the smaller one, now tell me how much for the bigger one as I am not sending the parcel back to you. I am still waiting for the reply; as it occurred some years ago, I think they must have forgotten me. While I was waiting for the answer, I noticed the page concerning the 1/12 P34 had been corrected. When I want to buy something in Hong Kong, I go to Hobby Easy.

Thank you all for coming José
