#3 has a very short cure time...just a matter of a few minutes usually...depending on how much you apply.

#3 has a longer cure time is that correct Gerald?? I also have some #16 which is like a gel but I doubt there would be much use for it in the hobby cept for maybe that 72nd scale type VIIC uboat.....

I used it to repair dryer vents.  Did not even cross my mind I could use it on a model.  Hmmm... interesting....

Just tried this stuff on some scrap sprue laying around and all I can say is WOW!! What a quick bond it makes. I think I may start using this instead of the Testors liquid glue I've been using. Plus I have a whole quart of the stuff from when I was making aquariums out of acrylic so it should last forever. Anyone else using Weld-On's products for our hobby??
