Revell of Germany replacement parts?

A recent on-line order I made ended up with a misorder on my part. Instead Of an Academy kit I wanted, I instead ended with a little 1/144th scale A-10! No big deal! I'll just keep it! I began to look through it and discovered some of the decals were printed off register and unusable! The instructions say to contact them if you live in Germany, GB, France, etc. If you live in the good ol' US of A, contact your distributer! I have no clue! Anybody else ever deal with RoG?
