fixing a deformed wing

You might get more replies if you post this in the aircraft forum.  You do not indicate exactly how the wing is deformed, but in some cases putting in a wooden spar can solve some deformation problems.

The first thing I try in that case is immersing the wing in hot (not boiling) water for a few minutes, until the plastic becomes a little more flexible. Twist or bend the wing a little bit past the point that would straighten it out. Then immerse the wing in cold water for a few minutes. This is usually pretty successful on small thin sections like an aircraft wing.

If it is warped I use clamps, a jig, and a hair dryer. It worked for me a few times.
