I know that Two Bobs Aviation Graphics makes sheets for strike eagles but I think they are discontinued so you may need to go to ebay.  The decal sheet number is 32009 which you can do 6 different aircraft.  There is a review below.

Hello, I just bought a 1/32 scale Tamiya F-15 Strike Eagle, and as i was putting the  Decals on they just fell apart as soon as they hit the water, so it must be an old kit that  I bought, would any one know where I could get replacement Decals. I have been building models for 35 years and out of the 62 models I built, this is the first time I had all the Decals go on me, any help would be Appreciated, Thanks and happy modeling.
