A Remodeling of the smallest dedicated hobby room around

when I started out I did the set up, and put away thing, but then I just out and out claimed the closet as my hobby room.  

Before I got my spray booth I was doing most of my airbrushing in a cardboard box booth outside..   now I got the booth vented out through the dryer duct and does a fair job of keeping the fumes down and the air fresh.

I think it all comes down to what you do with what you have,  I enjoy my little private man cave...

Looks great, hope you're not using many solvents... at least keep the door open.

If you think thats small you should have seen my tiny closet in this 3600 sqft home!!! I had all my supplies in the garage cause I had no room in there,  barely half your space.  My wife decided to clear out the guest room so I could use it for my hobby/computer/office  room. We went to Ikea and picked out a couple of very nice display cases.

Hey man, any space to work is good space! Looks like you've got yourself well organized and, well, in arms reach of every thing you need! I'm with Borg on this one, I have no dedicated modeling space. Every session its take it all out and when I'm finished its take it all down. Kitchen table makes for a good bench but sometimes set up and clean up equate to more time spent doing that than modeling.

At least you have a modelling room. My modelling space used to be next to the washing machine and the dryer..... And in our new home I do not have any dedicated space.

Haha, nice. IMO the size doesn't matter as long as it's reasonably ergonomic and that the bench can accommodate the builds.

i hope you don't do 1/32 or 1/12, lol.

Very cool.  I've seen similiar treatments for a computer "room".  If you've got an under-used closet, this is a great way to corral the clutter.
