How to insert pictures

First you need to find a "host" for your pictures. RonUSMC has a site that will host pics. You'll find it in General Modelling Discussion near the top of the page.

Once hosted then you can hyperlink to the pic.
Go to the picture at the host site. Open the pic, right click on the pic, select properties and copy the entire url.
