Off Topic Just a comment about SprueBrothers, ordered on a Friday, received package the following Monday.  Just regular shipping/handling.  They amaze me with the speed and efficiency of their operation.

Hi Doogs,,,  I have had to contact their customer service in the past as well. I've had nothing but good experiences in dealing with them.

Nice to know there are companies that do care about their service...........

Enjoy the ride!

Lord knows I bag on Squadron enough for their slow shipping (case in point - I placed an order from them and Airscale out of the UK on the same day...Squadron is three hours away, Airscale an ocean away...and the Airscale package got here first...), but I had an experience with them today that showed what a class act they can be at things other than shipping.

Today I received said package (carried from DFW on the back of a sloth). P-51B mask...check. La-5FN decal sheet...check. 1/32 SBD Dauntless cockpit...uh...not check. In its place, metal landing gear for Trumpy's big P-47. Cool, but not what I'd ordered.

Called them up and, long story short, they're shipping me the cockpit set post haste (sloth with its tail set on fire), and told me to just go ahead and keep the P-47 gear. Which, awesome, since I've got a Trumpy Razorback in the stash, so I can put it to good use.

Anyway, very impressed with their customer service this evening. They're good people.
