Dragon Kit Instructions?
Posted by Sprue-ce Goose on Thursday, June 2, 2011 10:03 AM
I have tried to obtain PDF copies of kit instructions from the Dragon website but can not locate copies and must conclude that Dragon, unlike Revell, does not offer downloadable PFD copies of kit instructions.

Who can I contact at Dragon regarding this?

There's an expert on another thread who I'm sure can hold your hand.

Well here is the email I got back from Dragon after I inquired about instruction sheets via their "official site" using their "ticket" system.  My guess is the author of their support emails and  instruction sheets is one and the same.

Dear Sir,

Thank you very much for your email. For replacement parts requests or questions concerning our products, please visit our official site at www.DragonCare.com.

If you have any questions, please feel free to let us know, thank you.

Sincerely,

Needless to say... I am still without my replacement instruction sheet.

Wow! Talk about lack of customer support! I ran thru a similar scenario with Eduard a while back. Which instructions do you need?

I was trying to replace the instructions for the 1/35 LCSS (Light Seal Support Craft) , DRA-3301.  I got the original ones wet, soaking wet.

The kit was completed without them and without "hand holding"  cough*major*cough. Big Smile

I thank you for your reply.

I am looking for a copy of the Dragon M-14 kit instructions.

Why?

Smeagol's utter disgust about the instructions in July 2010.

i do not expect to buy a real firearm of that type, but a model would be nice.

However, before i waste money on Dragon, I want to see what the instructions show re: contents of the M-14 kit.
