Accurate Miniatures and MRC?

I may have missed this, but when did MRC start marketing Accurate Miniatures? I know that AM was having hard times before and that their website had expired is hasnt been up for awhile, but it now appears MRC is in a sense raising them from the dead.. I saw an ad on the forums and thought I'd check it out. The MRC page says that their intial release will include 20 kits using the same AM molds including 4 Mustangs and their line of WWII Navy bombers.....pretty interesting to me since some of these kits were hard to find before and wont be anymore it seems
