Missing Part in Pegasus Hobbies Kit, Anyone Have Experience?

I've sent them two e-mails, and have not gotten a reply... I can't finish my kit. >.< (I have two of one piece that I only need one of, and the other leg is missing entirely)
Does anyone have experience with such a problem? Does their CA store handle calls about this stuff? I figure I will call them tomorrow.
Would just like some help here. :(
