Need Help with a Decal From a PhotoShop God...

The above link contains a shot of the nose-art from the B-25 used in the 1970 Movie, Sole Survivor. I'd like to have someone who's experienced do it in 1/48th and "unweathered", and failing that, help me figure out how to make it happen using "MS Picture It! Express", if that's even possible..

ANnone up to it? Time-frame's not a factor, since I don't have a deadline, but I'd like to try it before the end of the ear, if that's even doable..
