IIRC, when the Lebanese army fell apart in the late 70s during the civil war, the various militias took up the AFVs. Later in the 80s Israel and Syria would provide more AFVs to the militias they supported. So yes there were tanks in Lebanese hands in the 80s. Just not really part of one army, rather for several warring militias. He should work just fine on a T-55 or even a Tiran.

Hi im making a diorama and came across this figure here

lebanese tanker

but did the lebanese have tanks in the 80s?

or is this correct?

im wanting to make t55 with this guy, But wanted to find out what is historically correct
