A friend of mine purchased a number of old model kit at a flea market recently for me. Two of the kits are missing instructions. I emailed both Testors and Revell and neither can help. The two kits are;
Revell - Kit No. H-580 (1976) 1/32 scale Baa Baa Black Sheep Maj. 'Pappy' Boyington's F4U-1 Corsair
Testor - Kit No. 614 1/72 scale F16 A/B Thunderbird
A third kit - Monogram Kit No. ? (1968) 1/4" scale JU 87G-1 Stuka
is missing clear canopy parts #36 & #40.
Does any one know where I can find instructions for the 2 kits and replacement canopy parts for the Stuka?
Thanks
As far as the Stuka, try Squadron. They may have a vacuform canopy to fit or you may have to locate another Kit as a parts kit. Aslo try finding a canopy from the JU-87D. Both canopies are the same in the two kits. I can'nt tell you where to find the instruction sheets. Perhaps someone else here in the forums can help you with that. Hope this helps.
Model kits have instructions? When did they start putting those it kits?
You may just have to "experiment" with the parts.
AT6 As far as the Stuka, try Squadron.
