Learning and helping....
Posted by OldFart on Saturday, October 15, 2011 12:40 AM

I'm curious, What did we learn in the forums today, and how did we help someone else? I'll start. Unfortunately, I was of no help. Any help I would have been had been stated many times.

I did learn some about plastic and resin.

How about you all...

I learned that sealing canopy masks with gloss clear before painting is a good idea. Knew that about colors, but never thought about clear.

I learn something new just about every day!  My wife says I have the attention span of a goldfish!

Recently I learned from HeavyArty that the M2A2 Bradley ODS does not have the swim-skirts installed and so there's no need for the support pole bundles to be mounted to the sides of the vehicle.  Bow Down  Would have been handy to have that little nugget before painting the hull and mounting them; but better late than never.
