You've got a few problems. that I'll try to help you with, so don't take this the wrong way.
One, you're asking asking a question without putting the subject as your topic title. Think about it, "A question" is a really lame topic title. Try "Looking for workable tracks for a Tiger tank". That way folks who know the answer will be attracted to your post. The way you've got it, most members will pass by your post without even bothering to answer the question. If you can't be bothered to ask the question in the topic title, then I can't be bothered to answer it.
Second, you're asking the question in a general modeling forum. A question regarding a tank ought to be in the armor model forum. Again, more guys who know the answer are more likely to see the question in the armor forum than in the general modeling forum. Not saying you won't get an answer here, but chances would be better there.
Italeri only makes two 1/35 scale Tigers, both are basically the same kit with a few parts swapped out and zimmerit appliques added to the late. Either one is probably the poorest of current available Tiger tanks in 1/35 scale.
Sticking a set of Fruils on an Italeri Tiger would be akin to putting Dubs on a rusted out K-car. Academy makes a set of low end individual tracks, and I think they come with the sprockets from their own Tiger kit. I am not sure if they are workable or not.
A better place to ask would be in the private sellers forum at Missing Lynx. Someone with a high end Tiger that they've already replaced the kit tracks with Fruils would probably give you their better unused kit tracks for the price of postage. Here's a guy giving away the one piece vinyl tracks that came with the Tamiya early Tiger:
