I get my models from a variety of sources: we have a local hobby shop that I like to support. I also use HobbytownUSA.  As far as internet sources- I like Great Models Webstore, Megahobby,  and SprueBrothers, but ScaleHobbyist has the best prices by far.

Ebay is really good for those hard to find items.

I get mine from internet hobbies, I just call them and they ship them to me.

can anyone tell me the best way to contact internet hobbies? I call and get no reply .I sent e mail no rely? is there another way iam not thinking of?

Calling is the only way I know.

Last summer, I placed an order for some ship models.  Weeks past, then a month, and I hadn't heard anything from them.  I called and was told they were waiting on one to come in.

When the order arrived, the model they said they were waiting for was not included.  I subsequently easily obtained it from another source.

I don't order from them anymore.  I hope you get a good resolution to your issue.

Tower Hobbies; Sprue Brothers; Freetime Hobbies, MidTennesse Hobbies; Squadron--are far more dependable

Your post title doesn't really match what you're asking...but they do list a fax #. They also list a big massive 1-800 # on their front page...when are you trying to call them?
