I got in a hurry and glued the wrong parts together. What is the best, easiest, safest, way to separate them?
I sharp knife and a quick payer to your chosen deity.
In all seriousness though, what kind of glue did you use? (Brand etc) usually what glued it will unglue it if its a styrene glue. The glue/cements are quite aggressive and will soften themselves up.

Brute-force and ignorance.
Depends on the glue. For example, you can make tube-glue brittle by freezing it. Superglue, depending on the parts in question, can be snapped apart by shear force.
What Scorp said if it's glued w/ liquid cement... Apply it generously to the joint (but keep it in the joint) and slowly work it loose..
