To me reminds another thing i performed when 13 or 14 .. boh, it's not important.

I placed an airfix f-111 on the board of table trying to cut off flaps , one of my leg was in crossed pose near the directin of blade.... after few resistance from the flaps i win with a final hard cut ... the blade cutted the flaps and my foreleg two cuts with one and i see my under skin, Fortunately fo me in the same building was a medical ambulatory ,so the doctor immediatly put two grips on my wound After years i can see again a sign on the skin.

I learned the rule after this: leave the airfix f-111 flaps in close position (or was another the rule learned )

Thanks for posting this! The Draken posted this over a year ago so I've seen it but  it's ROTFL funny everytime I see it.

Thankfully never had modeling accidents other than inhaling enough paint fumes to have blacklung. One of the guys in our club did have his penknife roll off a table and impale itself in the crotch of his jeans. Thankfully due to the fabric being bunched up the tip didn't touch him, just stuck in the cloth.

Funniest part is he was giving a demo to some Boy Scouts on safety in modeling!

I just started building a helicopter, but mine doesn't look that red - am I doing something wrong??
