This is in response to BRUNO SCHIELZETH,S review of the U.S.S. NEW YORK. The truth is he hit the nail squarely on the head ! The NEW YORK is a neat kit to build , the details are great and the extra vehicles supplied laeve you with a mini-diorama if you are so inclined .The COLOR callouts are SO WRONG that I just used my time inthe NAVY as the technical advisory board on paint .How I even got halfway through is a wonder .That it is 1/700 is a killer for these old eyes . That decal he mentioned (the landing deck decal ) is itnimidating , BUT, it did snuggle down real tight and no bubbles either .So KUDOS BRUNO !! tankerbuilder
