Sorry to read of the damage done to your project.

You are the second forum member this week whose pet caused damage to a model.

Is your dog partial to Pipers?  Why doesn't he like Cessna?  Probably a low wing guy.

After Hans posted the list of all his projects, i suspect his cat prefers monoplanes.

Cat picked the biplane out of all the other kits being worked on.

No doggies in this house. Thank goodness the cats can't get into my hobby room.

Modeling disasters do suck. But as Hans pointed out, let's talk about the disaster (or disaster, pet-induced or otherwise) and avoid the extraneous commentary.

That's what I thought too... But they actually team up and get in mine.. Anyway, the PT-17 is reparied, due to some putty and wet-sanding on the empenage,  replacement prop-blades from a 1/72 scale four-bladed one I found in the junk box (the Kaydet's hub was ok, thankfully),  and some struts made from sanded-down Evergreen strip..

It's clamped and closed-up in the fusealge and the lower wing is attached temporarily...  (Dunno why my thread got nuked, but thanks for asking, Aaron..Wink)

Hope you get yours back up and thread stays up too...
