I have a bag of 1/2" machine bolts about 2" long that probably cost me $ 0.50 each, and a bunch of nuts for them at about $ 0.25 each.

Put three or four nuts on a bolt and stick it in there with double stick foam or VHB tape.

There is so much space that isn't seen in the B-24 fuselage that you could add as much weight as you need without sourcing from an aftermarket company. Any spaces forward of the mains is suitable, including inside the engine cowls.

Has anyone had experience using the nose weights from RG Modeling Supply for the Hasegawa 1/72 B-24 Liberator? Do they do the job or do I need to add some additional weight in the nose?
