Help identifying an airplane
Posted by Hans Brott on Tuesday, April 17, 2012 2:27 PM

Hi!

I'm trying to identify the airplane in this picture: http://80talsreklam.dennisign.se/files/2012/03/sticks_fant_8-87-667x1024.jpg

Does anyone have an idea, or know someone else I could ask?

Thank you,
Dennis

It seems to be a FW-44.

Yes, and a J. Now I had no idea of what she was until you posted the 44 link, but that led to research. Thank you for that, always a good thing to learn something. It was a tiny airplane hence the doors, which apparently were on both sides. You really "wore" this aircraft.

Thanks again for the lead to a new aircraft. I want to build one in 1/72, which would have a 3" wing span.
