Legit sites?
Posted by Axewisey on Sunday, June 24, 2012 8:59 PM

Surfing around for some supplies and kits and ran across hobbylinc.com

Safe site to use a card? I'm sure it is, just never went through them before

You know how it is

I've with them a few times. No problems. Good prices on some items.

I have used hobbylinc for all my online ordering, but that is only a total of 3.  There prices have beat everyone else for what I needed when including shipping charges.  I am out west (Utah) and the shipping is horribly slow, but I have come to expect it now.

I really have not found another site that has better prices on kits.  Hopefully someone else can point me to one!

Bought from them once before about a year back... no troubles.

Some of the paint I am now considering I can find elsewhere for quite a bit less (like 1.49 versus 2.49), so I am considering hobbywarehouse.com more at the moment. However,  I have not yet bought from hobbywarehouse and cannot say what they are like.

I've bought kits and supplies online from hobbylinc a couple of times, and haven't had any issues, other than they are a tad slow, but not any more so than a good number of others.  Used my credit card, no hassles.

I use Hobbylinc all the time. No problems at all. I like scalehobbyist.com as well.

These two sites have the best prices around. Much cheaper than Sprue Bros & Squadron.

Shipping is a little slow, but have never have any problems. I can wait a few extra days to save a few bucks.
