Right-click on the picture and select "Save Image as..." OR you can just drag the image on to your desktop (or into any folder you wish).
How do I download the picture to my computer?
It all depends on the Group Build. The host can tell you, but it varies from build to build.

Download the picture to your computer, then upload it to a hosting site like photobucket. Then edit your sig line with a link directed at the picture on photobucket.
How do you affix a badge to your profile, when you have completed the project and the group build is over?
